[SJAAboard] Toward a Library Model for the Loaner Program

Rob, let's pick one of the dates you have Houge reserved and we can have
a loaner program special board meeting.  

Our current storage system is working.  I would like to see it changed
but it absolutely necessary to change it now.

I think it would be more productive to work out the number and mix of telescopes
first.  Then we can work on the issure of where to put them.
