I should add that the Current Model has the potential of devolving into the
Library model without prior notice.  That is the lack of storage concern Rich
and I keep expressing.  By adopting the Library Model we avoid this surprise by
adopting it.

We can reduce the storage requirement further by eliminating addition SCTs.
IMHO I would be happy to reduce our current 5 + plus the still not released C-5
down to just the Ultima.  That would save about 50 sq feet of storage. Several
of the C-8 and the C-5 are AC only scopes.
