[SJAAboard] new proposal: Good Solar scope for the club

The sun is certainly interesting, but I would like to see the club's telescope
program out of the Ha business and the white light business for the most part.
There are plenty of members with solar scopes. They are good about bringing
them to schools and other star parties.
A friend has a PST that has something coming apart on the inside. I worry about
the quality control of Ha scopes. I wonder just how careful they about letting some
IR come through.
