[SJAAboard] missing meetings

I would like to see active representation.  The official
newsletter always does mention that there will be a
board meeting - check your last Ephemeris.
 
The purpose of the Bylaw rule and the rigamaroe
to get it offically changed - is that the Board be actively
engaged - even if by proxy.  So I hope the Board will
keep to the rules it debated (for months!).  When Mark
can't make it - he sends or gives a proxy.  If Mark does't
participate in the Board at all for three months - then his
representation as an active member of the Board would
surely be in question (as would any Board 'member')
 
I'm sure Phil will be able to participate in a more active
way in the furure - but if he can't, I'd really rather the
Board position be re-filled by someone who can actively
participate. (i.e. rules have a reason)
