Rob,

I suggest that regardless of agenda detail haggling, an e-mail go out to all board members one
week in advance of a board meeting.  It could simply have a subject line of:

Board Meeting In One Week - 6/21/08

That can be followed during the upcoming week with an agenda....  more notice time is better...

Also, you need to change the web-page, which says there is a general meeting tonight...
