Thank you I am familiar with the term mulligan. OK we will give him a
mulligan.

My only point was that if he either contacts the board, appoints a proxy, or
shows up for the next meeting this is all moot.  The rule is three
consecutive unexcused absences. If he shows up for one meeting the counter
is reset.  The board member I replaced was showing up or notifying the board
about every third meeting and thus continually reset the counter. He was
physically present at only one or two meetings during the year.

I received the message so as far as I can tell the remailer worked
correctly. I generally mail the agenda on Monday or Tuesday, but was late
this month because Jim and I were haggling on the July date. If you don't
see it check the mail list.
