Rob,

Perhaps we could establish a very obvious notification e-mail that a board meeting is upcoming on
xxx date, sent to the board members.  Recall, I didn't notice the link you sent to the agenda,
which was the only "notice" that there was a board meeting coming up.  There was some confusion
last month whether we had a board meeting scheduled or not, and it is easy to get busy with life
and have one just blow by without noticing it.
