[SJAAboard] loaner program goals

Gary has a point that it is a good idea to set goals first and then act to meet
those goals, however at this point I think we are getting off track over trying
to define intermediates and beginners.  

Maybe a more fun way to go about this is to have each of us come up with a 
list of 15 telescopes we think should be in our loaner program.  Then we can 
can play with the different mix of telescopes for the program.

I'm still in favor of defining the object of our loaner program ,but I would like to
side step the issue for a bit.

I'm also assuming the program will continue to be tweaked over time after we
see the response from the membership.
