I think these are fine for an external statement of goals.  The unnumbered
paragraph deals with administrivia. The contract loanees sign covers these
concerns in more detail in a legally enforceable manner.

My concern with Gary's goals is that it does not address the most divisive
issue. Is the program going to retain equipment for intermediates contained
in my May 13 plan?  I can read that into Gary's set of goals, but you could
also read other interpretations as well. The goals need to answer a basic
question such as this.

The plan I proposed on May 13 reduces the pre 2007 intermediate scopes from
six to two.  Thus the difference between my plan and a beginner's only
approach is minuscule. 

Ultimately, the execution of the program requires a certain level of trust
and flexibility from those involved.  If the tone of the conversation of the
past week continues, it will exact a high cost on the club.
