Last night at the club's board meeting we agreed to discuss two aspects of the club's loaner program.

1.  The purpose.
2.  The equipment inventory.

I'd like to know if any board member disagrees that those are the topics we agreed to, and that
this discussion was in lieu of doing it ad-hoc during last night's board meeting.  We agreed to
express our opinions/goals on the matter here, on this mailing list, before next month's board
meeting when this topic will again be on the agenda.

I purpose we not only include definition of what the program is, but also what it is not. 
Inclusion and exclusion.  If anyone does not understand what I mean by "exclusion" I can provide
an example.
