   I didn't see any earlier notices.  The archive has only the one I'm

Calendar:
   The calendar could have an entry for the June solstice:

  June  20, 4:59 pm PDT -- Summer begins in the northern hemisphere.


   Should there be an entry for the GSSP?  (July 2 - 5)  There was an 
article <http://ephemeris.sjaa.net/0803/c.html> about it in the March 
issue, which may be sufficient.
