[SJAAboard] Report to the Board: Potential Problems with use ofVasona/Oak Meadow Parks

We conduct the Coyote events at the invitation of the park.  We are a part
of their summer enrichment program.  Also Coyote park is open 24/7 due to
the camping.  Thus the circumstances are likely different.
