[SJAAboard] Compustar appears to be working

Scope 9 seems like it now works (or as much as a daytime test can tell)
thanks to the efforts of Phil.  I also installed the Y2K rom.

The connections are flaky, but if you get the connectors in the right place
everything works (again in the daytime).

Hopefully tomorrow night will have good weather and I can try it out.

If it does work then it needs another home.  The OTA box is huge and it can
not stay at my house any more.

It is a GO TO scope.  The individual components are lighter than my 10" so I
can see an argument to keep it in the program.  On the other hand we now
have the newer Ultima.
