[SJAAboard] AANC and park closings

Dear SJAA Board:

Alan Gould of the AANC sent an email out this morning about responding to the
proposed park closings via a letter writing campaign by astronomy club members and 
others interested in keeping the parks open.

The part of his email that was news to me was the following line. 
"Deadline for responding: Please take action by Wednesday March 5th".
