Thank you to Gary and Phil for providing detailed comments. Their advice
conflicted on using the 501(c)(3) term, but Gary convinced me the readers would
understand. Certainly, it is the first question everyone asks.

Using Gary's comments I strengthened the section of who we are and the
invitation to check us out at Houge.

I defined some action where the politicians can contribute in response to Phil's
comment.

I am providing this as a PDF this time to make a point. Keeping the letter to
one page will increases the chance a policy maker will read this. The stuff
added moved my signature to a second page. I think that is fine as long as the
rest is on one page.

The best case scenario is that Houge is removed from the reuse list. An almost
best case is a call to PRN that council member xxx is interested what happens to
the SJAA application.

The sentence "We would also like your help to remove some PRN restrictions whose
effect is to reduce the number of San Jose residents that know what we provide"
refers to two things that reduce our visibility.

	1. Not allowing us to put up signage at Houge
	2. Not including our events in the city activities book.

The latter is just bureaucratic stubbornness. The former is important since
there is no longer a community association to spread the word.

I do not expect anyone will act on this next week. I should be back if one of
the pols wants a spokesperson.

I would like to put this in the mail to the mayor and 10 council members on
Friday.
