It's not a question of drawing a line. If the goal is to
advertise the loaner program, then say exactly that: "The
San Jose Astronomical Assn. has a large variety of telescopes
that they loan for free to its members. www.sjaa.net."
It seems obvious to me that would do a hell of a lot more than:
"Have you ever borrowed a scope from the SJAA? What did you
think of it?"
