You have never done contracts with the government have you ;-)

I educated R on the unique nature of Houge. That will be the central focus of
any future proposal. 

I suspect a part of this process is to convince the remaining groups to abandon
the old facilities by placing a procedural roadblock to their remaining.  The
city could then bulldoze them, which is what PRN wanted to do in the first
place.

I am going to draft a letter today or tomorrow to the mayor, Council 4, and my
own district 10 councilperson (who has taken an interest in this process) per a
May action item.  I will put the draft on the list for comments as soon as
possible. I would like to get it in the mail this week. If any of you live in
other districts you can send a copy of the letter to yours.

Looking at other venues will provide us some alternatives. I encourage everyone
to do that. I plan to contact DeAnza after lunch. In particular, I am concerned
about the swap and auction.
