Until we see the RFP there is nothing we can do.  We can do is to keep our eyes
out for it and hope it is better than the April document.  R was not able to
tell me how much time we had to respond or at what point our Houge reservation
turns to dust.

Whatever the eventual schedule is we will have to figure out how to meet it.
