[SJAAboard] Phone call with San Jose PRN Reuse group

What was his response when you said the language in the provided document was quite difficult to
follow, and our board needed more time to digest it and see if we had question for reuse?  I
thought that was the next action, and the board, individually, was going to review the documents
prior to our next meeting.
