One thing that causes a lot of effort (at least emotionally) happened last
night.  I went to make the loan of scope 6 ( one of the 80s vintage 8" SCTs). I
realized I could not make the loan.  The full story is in another email.

It is less stressful when I can exchange scopes that work instead of pulling
them from circulation while the member is present.  That happened a lot over the
past year.
