[SJAAboard] Announce list will be on sabbatical the first week of July

Jim and I will both be away the first week of July.  Thus there will be no one
to handle the moderation (and control the rate of posts) on SJAA Announce.  It
is likely any posts will remain pending until one of us returns.

I will need to discuss a substitute to take over from July 20- August 8. Jim
handled this the last time.

If someone would like to volunteer then let me know.
