I welcome your ideas of how to streamline the program. So far, I have not heard
any that would have that effect.
The workload is proportional to the rate of exchange and not the number of
scopes in the program. Only a subset (roughly WD-2) of the scopes are being
exchanged. The scopes on the recommended removal list are the ones that are
either unusual (or less desirable) configurations or have not aged well.
My apologies to the rest of the board members for polluting the list. I
promised to comment only once per issue per day and I violated that promise.
Keeping Rich involved is important to me so I hope you will understand.
