I keep observing that the two of us are in perfectly agreement on at least 80%
of the issues.  That does not make me 20% an enemy. 

Rich and I agree on reducing the size of the program.  Our motivations are
different, but the result would be almost the same. The focus and the weight of
our inventory is on the beginner part of the problem.  One of the reasons that
there is so much email is interacting with members whose question is "I would
like a scope....".

The only operational point that I can clearly identify we disagree is on the
status of two scopes (the LightBridge and the 17").  I have a very strong
personal involvement with those two scopes.

I value Rich's opinion even though we do not agree on everything. I would be
happy to just send you summaries if that would make things better.
