A poll on TAC could determine that.  Its would help establish whether there was value on
announcing SJAA info on TAC, in order to reach SJAA members, beyond what is achieved by
sjaa-announce alone.

I'd use an actual poll web-page for that, rather than a simple "raise your hand" poll on TAC's
mailing list.
