I know you're not objecting. However, Rich, who is part of the loaner committee, appears to not
share your opinion that the work load is trivial. Wouldn't it make more sense to try to
streamline the program if possible, in case for some reason you were unable to continue and Rich
or someone else needed to step in?

Sorry, I didn't hear that. In fact, when you said you were only interim, I specifically asked you
if I had heard correctly, that you were only interim. You replied affirmatively.

Reconsiders what? The only thing I saw him suggest is that there are some conditions under which
he would not want to be involved in administering the loaner program. I haven't seen him quit.
Rich, have you quit?
