We have discussed this issue several times over several years. My goal tonight
is to reeducate the board on the issue. The April document is basically what was
presented in 2006. 

I have some ideas on what the scope of our responsibility might be.  I fear that
list may not be complete.

What I really need is good questions.  I can certainly wing it, but the better
prepared I am the more information I can elicit.

I am going to tell the city up front that little is going to happen until I get
back in August.  This fall is the earliest we could discuss making a formal
proposal.

While I am the lead on this I am not sure how I will vote.  There is a lot to
consider.  Moving the club may be easier.
