[SJAAboard] Houge reservation approved for FY 09.

Getting the FY09 reservation locked in place is my only immediate priority.  I
will be gone or unavailable for most of July so we shut down if this is not
taken care of next week.  

I committed to talk to the reuse folks next week.  To the extent I can I am
going to just listen to what they have to say.  The board conversation could
furnish me questions that I have not already thought to ask.  It will also give
me some information on how I want to spin anything I do have to say about our
interests.  I will report back and if there is anything worth pursuing it can't
happen until August.  

I expect that even a draft agreement with the city is a minimum of six months
away.  Reading what the council approved I expect Parks is not ready to have a
detailed conversation either.
