Hi Rob,

I have a few requests regarding your e-mail.

1. I would appreciate you not presenting any draft response yet. In fact, not until after the
board has had an opportunity to first look at the documentation from the city. After reviewing
and understanding what we are dealing with, we can discuss what to do. Dealing with two different
documents at once, the city's, and your's, is going to make things much more complex. One at a
time, please... let's not see a response, before we see what you bring from the city.

2. I am not sure there is a really compelling rush to pay, requiring a check tomorrow night. Do
you intend to pay them on Sunday? I'm sure you can get a check afterwards, in plenty of time to
meet any deadline. Please hold off.

3. I'd like to understand the timing of things, and any deadlines. At this point, I have, nor do
I think do the other board members have, any idea about these things, and you're already asking
for money, and using words like "immediately". Let's first all understand this, together.

Thanks,

Mark
