[SJAAboard] warehousing scopes

If the Board would like to 'warehouse scopes'
rather than dispose of them / I may have a
local high school teacher, in San Jose, that
could use some scopes in his program.

Think of this as a Board loan, rather than the
'member loaner library.' This would provide some
warehouse storage for the scopes that Rob and
Rich would rather not keep at 'the Library.' SJAA
would still keep ownership. If a member wants to
borrow - the Library would get them out of the
'warehouse' (takes a longer time). Actually - we
should probably get the teacher or someone else
to deliver it to 'the Library' (no librarian time).

In particular - the "signature" Dob is a great
teaching tool for schools. It comes with a
documented photo-history and a pedigree from
a science museum that many school children
have themselves visited. It is good PR for joining
the club. It is a 'recommended' beginner scope,
it hasn't been member-loaned in awhile!

-anyway - just another idea of how 'warehousing'
could work.

($0.04 today maybe my limit)
