[SJAAboard] Fate of Mirror 28

This sounds like a mirror that at best is going to be someone's  
experiment.    I'm not a mirror grinder so I don't have a feel for how  
serious the problems are but they sound like they are serious enough  
to keep anyone from paying a high price for it or using it in an  
important project..

i.e. No objection from me.
