[SJAAboard] Fate of Mirror 28

There were two problems. The most certain problem is the back that prevented
the front from being properly ground. The refinisher was not willing to
guarantee the result if he first ground the back flat since the mirror would be
on the thin side.

We sent the mirror off to Newport Glass to be re-annealed. The refinisher
measured the mirror again after re annealing and claimed it still had regions.

The person who is going to buy the mirror claims to be able to refigure a very
thin mirror.
