There was no problem with the email.  The loan was due to end on the 22nd.

Based on that message it did not seem that changing the database at that instant
was urgent.  I generally mark scopes "available" if the loans end within a
couple of weeks.  The lightbridge is being exchanged on Saturday.  At that point
his scope would have been within that couple of week window and its state would
have changed during a normal update.

Since it bothers Steve that I did not previously make a change I did so this
morning.
