[SJAAboard] emailers - automembership renewal OK - loaner@ black hole

The club (auto?) emailer to remind lagards of pending
renewal is working fine (I just got mine)
 
but,
 
_loaner at sjaa,net_ (mailto:loaner at sjaa,net)  is again acting as a  black hole 
when
I sent a message a couple of weeks ago about being done
with a scope and wishing it to be taken off the 'loaned'
list.  Is there a contact phone number that is to be used
(say written on the contract?) as a backup contact?
Should I just store the scope? - bring it in?
