I also what to join in thanking Gary.  He is very consistant  and
a 'to the penny' guy.  And he has tried to 'moderate' other  Board
troubles!
 
-but- There is plenty of opportunity for members to be officially
in club capacities without being a member of the Board.
Gary could resign from Board (as could any officer) and still be
our able Treasurer.
 
 
Article 4: OFFICERS
SECTION 2. QUALIFICATION, ELECTION, AND TERM OF OFFICE
Any member may  serve as an officer of this corporation. Officers shall be 
elected by the  Board of Directors by a two-thirds (2/3) vote, at any time, and 
each officer  shall hold office...
