Gary, thanks. You did a great job of taking over and straightening out 
the tangled situation you inherited, and have done a wonderful and 
patient job since then. I doubt the club has valued your efforts as much 
as is warranted, in part because I doubt most people really understand 
what a tough job it is.
	I appreciated it enormously when I was an officer, and hope you know 
that. It's still true. And if you don't change your mind, someone else 
is about to find out just how much you have been doing!
	You have done well.
