I intended no offense.  I apologize if you were offended. My point was that I
was happy you returned.  The mechanism for how/why that occurred was less
important.

BTW I agree with you regarding the handover resolution.  As the resolution was
worded I would have voted no also.  My reasons are identical to your post and
have nothing to add to what you already stated.
