The motion was that after the 2008 CalStar star party that
the administration of CalStar would come back to TAC/LCO.

This is not correct.  This could be seen as TAC/LCO not taking
over CalStar until the January of 2009.  That is not what my
motion said.

It should say "After the 2008 CalStar star party..."
