I deny that it is true.  It is a false assertion.  I asked you to retract and apologize for it.  You have not. Here was your response:

You asserted I was accusing you of fraud, which is untrue.  I have asked 
numerous time privately, but now I publicly request your retraction and 
apology here be posted, on the same public forum as you asserted I 
accused you of fraud.
