  Rich loves supporting beginners.  Why not let him
just support what he considers 'beginners' and
'beginner scopes' during this period?
 
  This is really one reason why multi-person committees
are important to the club (and why i inSisteD? that
Rich be officially appointed by the Board.)
 
  Is Rich out of town or unavaliable? (Rich?)
