[SJAAboard] Mandatory meeting on Reuse Plan

I need for one other person to attend this mandatory meeting with me.  We are
required to attend or we will not be able to submit a proposal. Since I will be
unavailable, soon after this meeting whoever attends will have to take the lead
in preparing any formal questions to the city to meet our July 25 deadline.


Pre-Proposal Conference (Required): The Pre-Proposal conference is designed to
review the Community Center Reuse strategy, review the RFP, provide
clarification and respond to questions. ATTENDANCE AT THE CONFERENCES IS
REQUIRED. Agencies may send a maximum of two people from their organization.
Proposals will not be accepted if agency is not represented at this workshop.
The lead agency must be present on behalf of a collaborative entity.
