[SJAAboard] Loaner Program sabbatical will continue until August 23

My time between now and Aug 22 will be consumed with preparing a proposal that
will allow us to continue using Houge Park. I am preparing a more complete
message on what is going on that should be released late this morning.
Consequently, I need to shed some workload.

I will talk with other board members to see if anyone is able to pick up the
slack.  My question for them, however, will be why aren't you working on the
Houge proposal?
