[SJAAboard] August Ephemeris

I will create an article concerning the implications of the Houge reuse today.
This is critically important to the future of the club.  Its inclusion warrants
delay the publication of the newsletter if necessary.

I will target its length at approximately one page.  You can determine what
should be removed so it will fit. 

At this point our most critical need is to find an attorney.  I had a lead, but
it does not look like it is going to work out.

I will try to publish the draft article on the board mail list by noon.  I don't
know if others on the board want to comment on the draft or not.  

Again, if our response is not successful then Houge Park programs will end in
July 09 and the club will have to find a new location to do business.
