[SJAAboard] Help needed on Houge Proposal

The Houge response (which I should be working on instead of politics) is
currently 9 pages and probably half the size it needs to be.  I especially need
help in club history at Houge 1992-2003.  Any contacts, etc would be helpful.
Anyone that I could use as a reference particularly the source of "when they are
there the crime drops". I wish Mike was on speaking terms with us.

I am going to evaporate one week from today until Aug 7.  That does not give us
much time.
