Everyone please read the city material I sent out today.  I am preparing a draft
response.  I need to attend a meeting with the city on Monday.  If we want to
ask any questions then we have to do it by July 25.  If we fail to respond to
the city on August 22 we will lose access to Houge after June 09.

Since I am going to be gone for almost half the time I need one or two other
members to give me a hand preparing our response.  We are not going to be able
to handle this as a committee of the whole since that has never worked.

I hope to have a semi coherent draft out tomorrow.
