Mark alleges I defamed him by stating from what I observed through my
relationship with Mike.  If Mark feels I slighted him because I stated what I
observed from Mike's behavior then he has my apology.  I reiterate that the
paragraph was about my relationship to Mike and not Mark.

This dispute arose because I stated in a previous email that I felt Mark was
accusing me of fraud.  Mark states he did not do that.  I am willing to accept
that that was not his intent. Since I never accused him of doing anything wrong
and he has publicly stated that my impressions of his intent were wrong then I
am not sure what future public contrition he seeks. 

I also apologize to the board for breaking my own rule of discussing personnel
matters in public. 


I am working on the response to the City proposal in another window.  Time I
spend on this is time away from our being able to stay at Houge. Remember I am
going to be away for half of the RFP response time
