The city is requiring us to complete our response to the RFP by August 22.  We
need every instant during the meeting and the next to review our response or we
will lose access to Houge Park.  

Consequently most of the items have been stripped from the agenda.

This is old business.  I corrected my remarks as you requested.  Please just let
this die.
