"Budget-wise, the goal of Calstar has been to only lose around $100
dollars. Steve made a motion to adjust the budget to a break even  point."  
...
"The motion passed by majority vote. There were no abstentions and
one vote against." 
The Board agreed that changing the numbers (Budget-wise) to not  intentially
loose money on food was a good goal.  This is not about what slight  insurance
costs might be or copying or signage.  All those who do spreadsheets  know
that "a millstone around my neck" is a bit of an overstatement  Rob!  Just let
Mark / TAC handle CalStar it if it is such a weight!
