[SJAAboard] Revive CalStar caterer?

A number of people have written me to try to figure out a way to restore dinners
at CalStar.  At this point I am not inclined to do the work to cobble together a
do it yourself grill.

I am wondering about calling the caterer again.  A well known "angel investor"
is willing to provide a meal subsidy so more attendees can participate. He will
also guarantee that this will be revenue neutral for SJAA. We can set out a jar
so that people that do not need the subsidy can reduce the investor's
investment.

I do not plan to take action on this until there is a board vote.  At that point
it will be too late for me to do anything until August.  Someone will have to
volunteer to contact the caterer and set up the contract while I am away.
Getting someone else involved will also address the principle criticism against
SJAA's involvement with CalStar
