Hope this is also a joke.  - IMO it is fine to disagree and not be  fully 
behind what the majority
or the leaders are proposing.  It is good to have second and third  opinions. 
 It is good to
include more ideas than just the leaders.  Please reconsider (even  though I 
agree with you only
a majority of the time - and am not one who considers you an  "idol"!) (not 
so into idol 
worship or even American Idol !)  p.s. size doesn't always  matter.
