Camden CC sent our reservation form to the mailbox while I was away.  I talked
to the scheduler on the phone this afternoon.  He emphasized that he approved
our activities well in advance of what they normally do for Camden.  He also did
not add the "this could all go away" that was in previous conversations.

This returns us more to the scenario I expected.  The Reuse process is going to
work itself out over time.  For at least the short term our use is secure.
